Set layout to "Jello" (min-width:770px \ max-width:1200px) (default) 
Set layout to "Fluid" (width: 100%)

Place navigation on the right of the screen (default)
Place navigation on the left of the screenModern art that i actually like; possibly it’s my inner geek remebering tricks with fluro-tubes and Van-de-Graf generators.
It would be nice to see an aerial photograph which I assume would show the intensity of the tubes reducing with distance from the powerlines. Mind you, helicopter + night flying + powerlines might not be such a good idea.
