Since I got my laptop in 2004 I have been using iPhoto to deal with the few pictures that I take. Since then things have moved on, and as the latest version is getting good reviews, I thought it might be time to look at an upgrade.

iLife06 is currently going for about £42 on Amazon, which is pretty decent considering what you get. However, I only want iPhoto – it is the only one I use. The other applications in the suite have been used for a total of maybe 30 minutes.

I know that iPhoto6 is available from various other sources, but I would really like to see Apple selling each of the apps individually for £15 – £20 each¹, so if you want them all you can save on the pack, and if you don’t you don’t end up with more than you want.

Perhaps I should torrent it and send Apple some anonymous cash.
