Back in November I took this photo of my iBook running FrontRow, and posted a bit about it here. Today, I noticed that not only was FR1.2.2 now available, but Andrew Escobar has put his enabler program back online after removing it following an e-mail from Apple Legal.
Now, the marginally more interesting bit – on Andrew’s site I came across a comment (number 12) linking to Infinite Loop at ars technica and clicked to read it. Amazingly someone has managed to replicate my photo exactly, even down to the self-same duvet in the background…
Not that I am particularly bothered1, but are all contents of this site copyrighted to me even though I don’t explicitly say so?. Is a Creative Commons/ copyright note somewhere worth the pixels it is written in?
- Of course it is quite probable that the image came up via google images or similar ↑

I diddled my .htaccess to put up an image that read ‘I’m a bit thief’ when someone nicked me bandwidth.
I had thought of that but have not had a problem with hotlinking yet. Anyway there is a © me note on the footer now on the off chance I write anything worthy of being borrowed.
