Set layout to "Fixed" (width: 760px)
Place navigation on the right of the screen (default)
Place navigation on the left of the screenOk, enough with the cycling detritus, but this is perfect for any cycling/ map addicts: Live Updating TDF information for Google Earth (you need the latest version of GE).
