Set layout to "Fixed" (width: 760px)
Place navigation on the right of the screen (default)
Place navigation on the left of the screenSeemingly the javascript for crazyegg messes with the javascript that controls the show/ fade for the Typo WordPress theme help box. Heatmaps are funky but fading menus are better.
