Use fonts available on your system
Set font size to medium (default)
Set font size to large
Set font size to x-large
Set layout to "Jello" (min-width:770px \ max-width:1200px) (default) 
Set layout to "Fluid" (width: 100%)
Set layout to "Fixed" (width: 760px)
Place navigation on the right of the screen (default)

That pretty much what it looks like to me. Maybe it is more than flavour of the month, but I can’t see it being much use to anything I do at the moment.
