Place navigation on the left of the screenFrom Friday night, my parents broadband (2Mbps) was allowing maximum download speeds of about 30KB/sec. Verified with a wireless Mac, a wireless PC and wired PC it was pretty obvious that it was not a problem at our end. At about 2pm today, technical support got a call and assured us that there were no faults.
2 minutes later a speed test showed 200KB/sec+.
